    Unprofessional so I hung up!

    I tried to phone to get a quote but it sounded like a drunken bum answered the phone and asked what I wanted. I apologised and said, "I'm sorry, I was after an alterations business, I must have the wrong number."

    He was rude and unprofessional at the first contact so you can imagine how good their work is - remember first impressions count and that was disgusting!
